No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

See our Privacy Policy for how mobile numbers and messaging consent are handled. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may use messaging providers to route texts; those providers process delivery metadata as needed to send messages — not for unrelated marketing.

If we build SMS, calling, or automation tools for a client, that client is the sender of messages to their leads and customers. The client is responsible for obtaining valid opt-in consent, honoring STOP / HELP and other required carrier keywords, and complying with TCPA, CTIA, carrier, and A2P 10DLC rules. Wilki Digital provides implementation and infrastructure; we do not assume the client’s compliance obligations as the message originator.

You must not use the site to:

• Violate law, including spam or illegal telemarketing rules
• Send deceptive, harmful, or prohibited content
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• Attempt unauthorized access or disrupt the site
• Resell access except as expressly permitted

The Wilki Digital website, branding, and original content are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except for limited personal, non-commercial viewing of public pages.

Work product created for clients is governed by the applicable project agreement. You retain ownership of content you submit to us; you grant us a license to host and process it solely to respond to your inquiry or provide the requested services.

Paid work, usage (such as calling minutes or SMS where applicable), and invoices are described in the applicable proposal or statement of work. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise in writing.

The website is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Our total liability for any claim related to the website is limited to the greater of $100 or the amounts you paid us for website-related services in the three months before the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
